Pause or resume AirContext automatic compaction (toggle)	[on\|off]	Bash

Toggle (or explicitly set) the automatic-compaction switch. While paused, the PostToolUse ticker still runs but skips firing the compactor. Manual /aircontext-now is unaffected.
